After washing and shampooing, semi-dry your hair and then apply an appropriate amount of this hair mask onto damaged hair (about 2 teaspoons for semi-long).

Wait for 5 - 10 minutes and then rinse it off. Note that even if it is immediately rinsed, it has enough effect.

Do it twice a week for better result.
